“ Ive been here a few times for the very solid happy hour also available late, but tonight I had what was probably the best hot dog Ive ever eaten in the AllAmerican crispy pork belly, morning potatoes, sunny egg, sriracha aioli and cilantro. Their beer list is also quite impressive for a relatively small restaurant. Dont let this gem fall victim to the same fate as prior failed restaurants in this highturnover location and bring your friends here for an awesome meal! ”
“ Great brat, done just the way I asked, and the spiciest ginger beer Ive ever tried. Great menu, stellar service, and so friendly! We were here on a quiet night but I expect well make plenty of return trips. ”
“ Theres a good reason this place was recently featured on Diners, Drive ins and Dives. Very tasty food with unique ingredients that you wouldnt normally expect to be so delicious. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Its a warm and ... ”
“ Best hot dogs and sausages Ive ever had. The reuben dog is amazing. ”
“ Great food and good happy hour. Plus their cheese curds are probably the best in the city. Try them with honey or Agave syrup. Seriously. Sounds weird but it they are magic together. ”
“ Amazing food! We brought a two year old with us for lunch and they brought out her food first without us even asking. The cheese curds are live changing! Ill be craving them for years to come. ”
“ My friend and I saw this Restaurant while driving down Lake street, and decided to give it a try. My friend and I ordered 3 dogs THE ALLAMERICAN, PLINY THE ELDER and the REUBUN and the DOUBLE FRIED FRIES with PRAIRIE SAUCE. Everything was outstanding. We got 3 dogs we figured would be good, but they turned out GREAT! The Fries ROCKED, we loved the Prairie Sauce too, just WOW. Prairie Dogs also had a very good Wine and Beer selection that we really enjoyed. Would return, and have told many people about this place already. ”
“ The wings!! In my whole life Ive never had such wings. We kept ordering a thing at a time, so we were having to wait awhile each time, the wings took 2030 minutes, and it was SO WORTH IT. The dogs were good, the sausage sampler was adorable and I would slap my mother to taste that again. We then finished the meal off with I want to say blueberry lavender shakes, and its ruined me for any other milkshakes. This place needs to be on the map for best places to eat in Minneapolis if it isnt already. I couldnt shut up about it afterwards. We tried to go back the next day but they were closed. That was a Tuesday. If you love sausage or hot dogs, or wings, you simply have to eat here. ”
